Refund and cancellation policy

Refunds

Prepaid order – refund and cancellation policy lasts for 5 miutes. If 5 minutes have passed since your purchase, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Subscription services – if payment is paid in advance, refund shall be processed after deducting the applicable charges for the number of days services has been availed.

Timelines

• Any payments made via khabarpriyobangali.com will take approximately 5-7 working days, to be refunded back, from the date of refund initiate requested, as per our payment partner policy.
• Payments done directly, will be credited within 24-48 hours, from the refund request initiated from the customer

Note: No refunds or cancellation will be accepted, post order gets picked up by our delivery partners.

Exchanges

We do not accept for any exchange of orders, after the cancellation window, which is 5 minutes . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at operations@khabarpriyobangali.com or call us at +91-9606019623/+91-8474832153.

Note: The acceptance for exchange of items post order solely depends on kitchen management, and decisions taken by them will be considered as final.
