This platform (or website) and its content in any form (images, text, etc) are completely owned by Khabar Priyo Bangali. The terms mentioned in this website are not only limited to the services or usage of this website, but it also defines the overall terms, policies, and any other conditions that Khabar Priyo Bangali may have in place at present or make any updates in the future based on our business needs and demands.

You may not use this platform (or website) or any services provided by Khabar Priyo Bangali, in case you are unable to accept these terms due to any other legal bindings or other conditions. Your use of the Khabar Priyo Bangali platform is at your own risk, including the risk of any content that is objectionable or might be inappropriate to you or any user.

Updates and Amendments

The policies and guidelines mentioned herewith are completely managed and governed solely by Khabar Priyo Bangali. All conditions, guidelines, or terms mentioned here are completely based on business needs and to serve our customers better. Any changes or amendments to any clause or partial change under any terms will be clearly mentioned and updated in this page. Such changes if made, will be effective after 10 working days from the date of policy published and updated in the official website. Also the same will informed to all our registered customers within our platform via the preferred communication channel which the user might be providing during the registration into the platform.

Content Rights

All digital assets (images, text, iconography, etc.) of the platform are completely owned by Khabar Priyo Bangali. We do not publish content from unauthorized sites, however, we might use a few images, etc as stock photography or free images in certain sections of our website, which we will be having complete authority or permissions.

Customers and Account Creation

All users (aka customers) who avail of any services from Khabar Priyo Bangali, can create their account with us from the user registration page, doing that, will allow us to serve our customers better. We do provide a guest checkout option as well, in case any users (aka customers) are not willing to create their account registered with us. Any or all forms of personal information shared with us while account creation will be covered and maintained by our Privacy Policy.

By creating your account, you agree to share with us correct and accurate details about yourself. In case of any amendments or changes to your personal information, you are supposed to update them in a timely manner or contact us immediately at operations@khabarpriyobangali.com. As such information provided will be used for any communications from the restaurant.

By creating your account, you also agree about all activities that are happening from your account. In case of any unauthorized activity from your account, please reach out to us at operations@khabarpriyobangali.com.

It is not mandatory to get yourself registered on our platform, but a few or any special services which could be added to our platform in the future might require an account creation with us.

Services Provided

Khabar Priyo provides fresh and homely style cooked Bengali dishes for people around Bangalore. All our services are prepaid in nature, which means, we only provide delivery and takeaway services. We also do provide other services like monthly subscription of food items from our kitchen, birthdays, anniversary orders. Please visit our services page for more details.

To serve our customers better, we generally recommend ordering at least 3-4 hours in advance so that we are able to deliver all orders on time.

Payments

Modes of payment – We accept all modes of payment (UPI/Debit/Netbanking). We do not accept any cash payments.

Advance Payment

• We do not ask for any advance payment for prepaid orders, however, if the order value is Rs. 600/- or more, we request 50% of the full payment to be made in advance, the remaining payment can be paid, once the order has been received by the customer.
• Customers opting for subscription services are required to make full payment in advance. Due to any circumstances, if you are unable to make advance payment, request you to reach out to our operations team at operations@khabarpriyobangali.com.

Charges – All our items are charged on the actuals against the menu price and a bill/invoice is provided for every order. All charges are inclusive of delivery and packaging charges which will be mentioned in the bill/invoice separately
